SENIA Liaisons
A SENIA Liaison is an important role for our virtual conferences. They are a personal point of contact for our speakers and help review assigned submitted videos, ensuring that our conference content and presentations are of high quality.
Important Dates
By June 21
Introduce yourself to your assigned speaker/s, using this introduction letter (feel free to add your own personalization, but keep all of the details).
You can find your assigned speaker/s here.
Make sure to check regularly for any communication from them throughout the lead up to the conference.
August 25
Watch the introduction video from your speaker/s, which you can find here.
Please fill out this rubric form to provide us with detailed feedback on presentation quality. For more details, you can check out the recording guidelines.
We will be reviewing videos that did not score well in your feedback to determine if they need to be edited or redone, and let you know if you need to ask your speaker/s to redo their video ASAP.
Please do not send an email until we’ve had a chance to review.

Provide feedback to your speaker/s, using this feedback template. Reminder: please do not ask a speaker to redo a video before confirming with us. Once you have sent your feedback, please indicate that you have done so here.
